Yes, with restrictions. You may run paid social and display campaigns, but you may not bid on 'Modge' or misspellings of our brand in Google, Bing, or other search engines.

You continue earning commission for as long as the customer maintains an active paid subscription. If they cancel, your recurring payout for that account ends the following billing cycle.

Yes. If your referred customer upgrades to a higher tier, your 30% commission automatically scales with their new subscription value during the 12-month payout window.

No. Self-referrals — including referring companies where you're an owner, employee, or contractor — are not permitted and will be reversed if detected.
